摘要
多金属氧酸盐具有独特的结构特征及优良的理化性能,已引起国内外科技工作者极大的兴趣与关注,特别是多金属氧酸盐作为抗癌化疗药物的研究,更成为本领域科学研究的前沿之一。本文综述了多金属氧酸盐作为抗癌生物活性药物的国内外研究进展,其内容主要包括多金属氧酸盐抗癌作用依据,同多、杂多金属氧酸盐不同结构类型的体外抗癌作用、体内抗癌作用及其抗癌作用机制等,提出了多金属氧酸盐抗癌研究应重点解决的几个问题,为进一步研究多金属氧酸盐抗癌药物活性提供了参考。
Polyoxometalates(POMs) have attracted a considerable attention due to their unique structural characteristics and chemical properties.The research of polyoxometalates as anticancer chemotherapy drugs especially has become inexhaustible motivation to the scholars.Therefore,the anticancer activities of POMs become one of the frontier subjects in this field.This paper summarizes the research progress in the field of anticancer bioactivities of polyoxometalates at home and abroad,including the basis of anti-cancer effect of polyoxometalates,anti-cancer effect in vitro,anti-cancer effect in vivo and the anticancer mechanism of isopoly acid and heteropoly acid with diversiform structured types.It has put forward some solutions to the important problems in anticancer application research of polyoxometalates currently.This paper provides the reference for the anticancer drug research of polyoxometalates.
