摘要 马拉色菌属是一种寄生于人和温血动物皮肤的条件致病菌,该菌属嗜脂性酵母菌属。目前根据其形态学、生理生化学及分子生物学特点分离和鉴定出14种马拉色菌:糠秕马拉色菌(Malassezia furfur),球形马拉色菌(Malassezia globosa),钝型马拉色菌(Malassezia obtusa),厚皮马拉色菌(Malassezia pachyder-matis),限制马拉色菌(Malassezia restricta),斯洛菲马拉色菌(Malassezia slooffiae),合轴马拉色(Malasse-zia sympodialis),皮肤马拉色菌(Malassezia dermatis),日本马拉色菌(Malassezia japonica),娜娜马拉色菌(Malassezia nana),大和马拉色菌(Malassezia yamatoensis),Malassezia equina,Malassezia caprae及Malas-sezia cuniculi。本文就近年来有关马拉色菌的实验研究进展做一综述。 Malazsezia is a sort of yeast fungus with lipophilic character,which is a kind of pathogens lived in the skin of warm-blooded animals. It is divided into 14 types at present according to their morphological, physiological, biochemical and molecular biological characteristics : Malassezia furfur, Malassezia globosa, Malassezia obtusa Malassezia pachydermatis ,Malassezia restricta ,Malassezia slooffiae ,Malassezia sympodialis ,Malassezia dermatis ,Malassezia japonica, Malassezia nana , Malazsezia yamatoensis , Malassezia equine, Malassezia caprae and Malazsezia cuniculi. This paper reviews recent experimental study of Malassezia.
