摘要
目的:研究和探讨神经导航引导在脑肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法:对我院2010年3月至2012年3月应用神经导航引导显微手术切除实施的16例脑瘤手术临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组16例手术中,有14例为全切,有2例为次全切,平均注册误差为(1.87±0.5)mm,术后有2例发生短暂中枢性高热,在经过治疗后均取得转外,其他所有患者术后恢复情况均较好,未出现严重并发症及死亡病例。结论:采取神经导航引导实施神经外科手术有可以时时观察切除范围、手术入路设计科学、定位准确、手术精度高、创伤小等诸多优势,采取神经导航引导脑肿瘤可以有效提高全切率,并能够有效降低并发症的发生。
Objective: To study and explore the neural navigation guide value in brain tumor reactive surgery.
