摘要
西方发达国家已将重有色冶炼列入夕阳工艺,其中60%以上为二次铅原料。原生铅生产工艺以烧结-鼓风炉工艺为主,铅电池等二次铅原料以反射炉熔炼为主。我国铅冶炼技术处于世界领先水平,大部分采用铅液态渣直接还原技术,铅的能耗低,加工成本低。与国外比,铅冶炼原料运输、劳动卫生管理、劳动生产率和二次金属利用率不如国外。
The non-ferrous heavy metals smelting has been listed in sunset process in western developed countries,and more than 60% of them are secondary lead material.The main production process for primary lead is sintering-blast furnace,and for secondary lead material like lead battery is reverberatory smelting.The lead smelting technology in China has reached international advanced standards,and most of them adopted lead liquid slag direct reduction technology,the advantages of which are low energy consumption of lead and low cost.However,the lead smelting technology in China is behind the competitors in foreign countries in material transportation,labor health management,labor productivity and secondary utilization rate of metals.
