摘要
成都农业科技职业学院通过深化"校企合作,双元互动",创新人才培养模式的改革与实践,建成了由学院与四川旺达集团共同创建的专业学院,以期形成人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担的融合型合作办学体制机制,发挥校企各自在产业规划、经费筹措、先进技术应用、人力资源、实习实训基地建设和吸纳学生就业等方面的优势,促进校企深度合作,增强办学活力。
The professional school was built by Chengdu Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology and Sichuan Wangda Group through deepening school-enterprise cooperation and interaction between teachers and students, the reformation and practice of the cultivation model of creative talents. The aim was to build the fused cooperative school-running mechanism system with cultivating talents together, managing students together, sharing the achievements and responsibilities together, and play the advantages of school and enterprise from the aspects of industry planning, expenditure collection, the application of advanced technologies, personnel resources, the construction of practice and training bases, and supplying employments for students, etc. The deep school-enterprise cooperation was prompted and the school-running vigor was enhanced.
