摘要
村"两委"换届选举,是农村政治生活中的一件大事,事关当地改革、发展和稳定的大局,也是基层民主政治建设的主要表现形式和实现途径。而推进村"两委"换届选举工作在很大程度上取决于群众的民主意识。当前,党员群众的民主意识日益强化,但部分党员群众民主意识和法制观念不强,不能正确行使民主权利。文章基于对村民选举中党员群众民主意识状况的分析,有针对性的提出对策建议,以期对今后加强和改进基层民主政治建设有所助益。
The leadership election for Village Party Committee and Village Autonomous Com-mittee,which is closely connected with the overall situation of local reforms,development and stability, is a significant issue in politics in rural areas as well as an important form. It is also a main means of the grass-roots political construction. Whether the election can be performed well or not greatly depends on the villager＇s democracy consciousness. At present,most Party members have strong democracy and law consciousness,but part of members have failed to exercise their demo-cratic rights because of the lack of the above-mentioned consciousness. In the following essay, based on the analysis of the situation of the democracy consciousness among the mass Party members in elections, the author proposes some suggestions and solutions in order to help improving the democratic political construction of grassroots in the future.
