摘要
目的通过观察中药冠心平与心可舒对冠心病(CHD)心绞痛患者心绞痛等症状及治疗前后心电图、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的变化,评估益气养阴、活血化痰法对该类型患者的临床疗效。方法将CHD患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例,对照组80例,治疗组在常规西药治疗上予以冠心平口服,对照组在常规西药治疗上予以心可舒口服,疗程4周,对治疗前后患者的心绞痛等症状及心电图、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C指标进行比较,并做出综合评价。结果治疗组患者综合疗效较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01),心绞痛及临床症状均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05);2组患者心电图各项指标较治疗前改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者TC、LDL-C较治疗前降低(P<0.01),治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C降低较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上予以具有益气养阴、活血化痰作用的中药冠心平治疗CHD患者,可以减轻症状,改善血脂。
Objective The aim of the article is to observe the changes of symptoms, ECG and blood fat by using Chinese herb formula Guanxinping or Xinkeshu on the basis of fundamental medical therapy to patients with cardiac heart disease (CHD) before and after treatment. The clinical effect on such patients is also evaluated by using the method of flourishing qi and yin and eliminating phlegm and blood stasis. Methods CHD patients are randomized to two groups, including eighty patients in therapeutic group and eighty patients in control group. The control group was administered Xinkeshu on the basis of fundamental medical therapy, while the therapeutic group using Guanxinping for four weeks. After that, changes of symptoms, ECG and blood fat are compared, and thus comprehensive evaluation is made. Results Both therapeutic and control group can alleviate patients symptoms, of which the therapeutic group is more evident (P〈0. 01). Angina pectoris, clinic symptoms and ECG are also improved in therapeutic and control group, but there was no difference in the two groups. Such indicators as blood fat are improved (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), with therapeutic group more evident (P〈0.05). Conclusion When using the method of flourishing qi and yin and eliminating phlegm and blood stasis on the basis of fundamental medical therapy, the symptoms of patients with cardiac heart disease are more likely to be alleviated and the level of blood fat is improved, compared to those that only using fundamental medical therapy.
