摘要
猪捷申病(PTD)是危害养猪业的一种重要传染病,论文概述了猪捷申病毒(PTV)实验室检测方法的研究进展。在细胞生物学方面,主要依靠病毒分离培养、病毒电镜形态检查、病毒特异性抗原及其抗体的检查等。在分子生物学方面,主要依靠国内外相继建立起的RT-PCR技术和实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术等。介绍和比较了各种方法的优缺点和实用性,为临床兽医科技工作者建立快速、简便、准确、实用的检测方法提供参考。
Porcine teschen disease is an important infectious disease which is harm to pig industry.The development of laboratory methods for detecting porcine teschovirus(PTV)was summarized in this paper.In the cell biology aspect,the diagnosis of PTV mainly depended on virus isolation and culture,electron microscope examination,specific antigen and antibody examination and so on,and in the molecular biology aspect,mainly depended on RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR.The advantages and disadvantages,and the practicality of the several methods were introduced and compared.It provided reference for clinical veterinary technology workers to establish rapid,simple,accurate and practical diagnosis methods.
