摘要
产志贺毒素大肠埃希菌(STEC)是重要的人兽共患病病原菌之一,能产生强烈毒素并引起多种畜禽疾病。目前,包括O157∶H7在内的STEC所引起的感染在多个国家暴发与流行,给畜牧养殖业带来巨大损失。为了系统了解STEC的检测方法,论文就传统检测方法、免疫学方法及分子生物学方法,诸如山梨醇麦康凯琼脂法、MUG试验、酶联免疫吸附法、聚合酶链反应、基因芯片、环介导等温扩增法及其他各种检测技术进行了综述。
Shiga toxin-producing E.coli(STEC)is one of an important zoonosis pathogens,whice can produce strong toxins and cause a variety of diseases in livestock and poultry.Currently,STEC outbreaks including O157∶H7happened in a number of countries which bring a huge loss to the livestock industry.In order to understand the detection methods of STEC,The paper reviewed research progress on traditional detection methods,immunological methods and molecular biological methods,such as sorbitol MacConkey agar method,MUG,enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay,polymerase chain reaction,gene chip,loop-mediated isothermal amplification and a variety of other detection techniques.
