硅对镉胁迫下水稻生物量及镉的化学形态的影响 被引量:19

摘要 采用盆栽实验,研究外源添加硅对水稻生物量及镉的化学形态的影响。选取对镉积累不同的水稻品种:‘沈稻18’和‘沈农315’,外源添加0、0.5 mg/kg镉及0、0.1、0.5 g/kg硅,灌浆期收获。结果表明,外源添加硅对2种水稻根和茎叶的干物质重均有影响,茎叶的干物质重随着硅含量的增大而增加;镉含量为0.5 mg/kg时,随硅含量的增大根干物质量先增大后降低;供试水稻根和茎叶中,氯化钠提取态镉所占比例最大,其次分别是醋酸提取态镉、离子水提取态镉、乙醇提取态镉,盐酸提取态镉含量最低。与‘沈农315’相比,‘沈稻18’中迁移性较强的去离子水提取态和乙醇提取态镉的比例较高,醋酸提取态和盐酸提取态比例较低;硅使水稻中迁移性较强的乙醇提取态和去离子水提取态的镉的含量降低,使难迁移的醋酸提取态和盐酸提取态的镉的含量升高,因此降低了水稻中镉的毒害作用。 The pot-plating experiment of 'Shendao 18' and 'Shennong 315' treated by 0,0.5 mg/kg Cd and 0,0.1,0.5 g/kg Si was conducted to study the influence of addition of Si on rice biomass and the chemical species of Cd.The results showed that,with the increase of Si,dry matter amount in leaf increased.When the Cd content in root was 5 mg/kg,with the increase of Si,dry matter amount increased at first and then decreased.In the test rice roots stems and leaves,the largest proportion was sodium chloride extraction,followed by acetic acid extraction,ion water extraction,and ethanol extraction,hydrochloric acid extraction was the lowest.The proportion of Cd in de-ionized water extraction and ethanol extraction in 'Shendao 18' was higher than that of 'Shennong 315' and the acetic acid extraction and hydrochloric acid extraction of 'Shendao 18'was lower than that of 'Shennong 315';Si made Cd content in ethanol extraction and de-ionized water extraction with strong migration decrease and Cd content in acetic acid extraction and hydrochloric acid extraction with weak migration increase;Therefore,Si reduced the toxic effects of Cd in rice.
