摘要
介绍了钳柄材料,进行了锻件设计、模具结构设计,分析了液态挤压的工艺参数及选择依据,以及产品技术经济性。结果表明,采用液态挤压工艺代替热模锻生产铝合金钳柄,可显著提高材料利用率,减少成形工序及降低产品成本。
The grip material, design of the forged part and structure of the die were introduced. The technological parameters for the liquid extrusion and the selection basis, and the technical economic property of the product were analyzed. Using liquid extrusion to manufacture the aluminium alloy grip,taking the place of hot die forging, can greatly increase the material utilization rate, reduce the processing procedures and lower the product cost.
