Review and Comment on Alliance Portfolio

摘要 围绕联盟组合的内涵、形成动因、联盟组合与企业绩效关系以及联盟组合管理的相关研究成果进行综述,总结当前的联盟组合理论研究框架,并指出联盟组合研究存在的不足和未来研究方向。 This paper relates literatures on the notion and formation motivation of alliance portfolio, the relationship between alliance portfolio and the focal enterprises performance, and alliance portfolio management are reviewed. At the end, cur- rent research framework on alliance portfolio is summarized and the research shortages and future research directions are pointed out.
