摘要
目的:观察充气保温毯在全身麻醉术中预防寒战的临床疗效。方法:将70例符合纳入标准的妇科开腹手术患者,随机分为两组各35例,对照组按常规护理予2.5kg普通棉被保暖,观察组予充气式保温毯保暖,加热温度为(40±2)℃,持续吹暖风。观察并记录两组患者术前、术中、关腹及术毕时肛温及寒战的发生情况。结果:观察组关腹及术毕时肛温高于对照组,低体温发生率亦低于对照组,两组比较皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中寒战发生率及寒战等级组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:充气式保温毯能较好地维持术中患者体温,减少了低体温的发生,同时不会造成烫伤或温度不够影响效果等不良反应。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the air-forced warming blanket in preventing shivering during general anesthesia surgery. Methods： 70 cases of gynecological laparotomy patients met the inclusive criteria were randomly and equally divided into two groups. Patiens in the control group were provided with 2.5kg ordinary quilts to keep warm according to the routine care, while the other 35 patients in the observation group were provided with forced-air warming blanket with the heating temperature of （40~2）＇C and with continuous blowing warm air. The occurrence of shivering and rectal temperature of the patients in both groups before the operation, during the intraoperative surgery, the closing of the abdominal cavity and at the end of the operation were ob- served and recorded. Results： The rectal temperature of observation group were higher during the periods of closing the abdomen and after the surgery, but the incidence rate of hypothermia of ob- servation group were lower than the that of control group at the same periods, which were of statis- tical difference （P^O. 05）. Compared with the control group, there were significant difference of the shivering incidence rate and shivering level in the observation group （P^O. 05）. Conclusion~ Forced-air warming blanket can effectively maintain and control the body temperature of patients during the surgery and reduce the incidence of hypothermia. Meanwhile it can aviod the adverse reactions such as scald or unsatisfactory effect caused by inadequate temperature.
