摘要
目的:探讨C臂X线机透视下闭合复位AO空心钛螺钉内固定微创手术治疗青壮年新鲜股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用微创手术治疗78例青壮年新鲜股骨颈骨折并观察其临床疗效。结果:根据髋关节Harris评分评估,本组优70例,良6例,差2例;优良率97.4%。结论:微创手术AO空心钛螺钉内固定是一种安全有效的手术方法,早期手术是提高疗效的重要因素。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery of closed reduction and internal fixation with AO hollow titanium screws on fresh femoral neck fracture in yound adults under C-arm X-ray machine. Methods： Minimally invasive surgery was applied to treating 78 cases of fresh femoral neck fracture in yound adults, and the clinical effect was observed. Results： According to the Harris scores, of the 78 cases, 70 cases gained excellent therapeutic effect, 6 gained good therapeutic effect and 2 cases gained poor treatment effect, which was with the fineness rate of 97.4%. Conclusion： The minimally invasive surgery of closed reduction and internal fixation with AO hollow titanium screws is a safe and effective method in treating fresh femoral neck fracture in yound adults, and the earlier surgery is the important factor to improve the curative effect.
