摘要
基于2006—2011年福建省9个设区市面板数据,利用DEA和Malmquist指数及其分解指数测算福建省城市工业污染治理投资静态综合技术效率及动态全要素生产率变化.结果表明,福建省2011年工业污染治理投资总体投资冗余率为8.81%,各地区技术效率差异明显,纯技术效率较低是造成决策单元非DEA有效的主要原因.2006—2011年全省平均全要素生产率增长41.3%,tpfch指数在地域上服从东北西南"逆时针"递减,闽内陆投资效率优于闽沿海地区,追赶效应明显.
Based on panel data of 9 cities in Fujian Province from 2006 to 2011, this paper uses DEA, Malmquist index and its decomposition index to calculate the static comprehensive technical efficiency and the change of dynamic total factor productivity of Fujian urban industrial pollution control investment. The results are listed as follows: the investment redundancy rate of Fujian industrial pollution investment in 2011was 8. 81%, the differences of technical efficiency in different regions are obvious, and relatively low pure technical efficiency is the main reason causing DMU invalid. The average TFP growth from 2006 to 2011 increases 41.3%, tfpch index obeys anticlockwise distribution" decrease and the investment efficiency of Fujian island area is better than that of Fujian coastal area with obvious catch-up effect.
