摘要 采用高温模压成型法制备氮化硅/碳纤维/环氧树脂导热复合材料(SiN/CF/EP)。研究了34SiN用量和表面改性对SiN/CF/EP复合材料导热性能、导电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料3434的导热性能随SiN质量分数的增加而增大,当SiN质量分数为40%时,导热率为1.02W/mK;而3434SiN/CF/EP复合材料的导电率随SiN质量分数的增加而呈线性降低;力学性能则随SiN质量分数的增加先343434增大后降低。表面改性有助于进一步提高SiN/CF/EP复合材料的导热性能和力学性能。 The silicon nitride (Si3N4) microparticles before and after modification were employed to prepare Si3N4/carbon fibre/epoxy resin (Si3N4/CF/EP) composite via high temperature molding press method.The effects of the mass fraction and surface modification of Si3N4 on the thermal conductivity,electrical properties and mechanical properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that for the Si3N4/CF/EP composite its thermal conductivity increased with increasing the mass fraction of Si3N4,and the thermal conductivity was 1.02 W/InK when the mass fraction of SigN4 was 40%.The electrical properties of the composite decrease linearly with increasing the mass fraction of Si3N4.The mechanical properties of the composite increased firstly and then decreased with adding of Si3N4,The thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the composite were f/lrther improved after the modification of Si3N4.
