摘要
依据小麦50%以上的胁迫产量变异来源于产量潜力的事实,采用F.R.Bidinger(1987)的统计方法,介绍了水胁迫反应指数的概念和计算方法。以2009~2010年抗旱鉴定产量为例进行了数据分析,以产量潜力和限水产量在胁迫产量与产量潜力间的相对位置为自变量,以胁迫产量为因变量,得出回归参数,以此计算预期胁迫产量;以胁迫产量与预期胁迫产量的差作为水胁迫指数基础,并以平均回归标准差调整胁迫指数。结果表明:水胁迫反应指数可以解决抗旱指数与胁迫产量正相关、与产量潜力负相关的问题,可以用于小麦抗旱性鉴定与评价。
Based on the fact that more then 50% of the variation in yield of wheat in drought stress treatment could be attributed by yield potential, drought response index (DRI) was introduced according to F. R. Bidinger ( 1987 ) and evaluated using the data of drought resistance evaluation test data of 2009-2010. Using potential yield and the relative position of yield of limited stress as attributive variables to stress yield, a predicted stress yield and regression parameters were calculated. The differences between stress yield and predicted stress yield was then corrected by the regression mean square error to develope DRI. The results indicated that the method could be used in drought resistance evaluation and breeding as it is positively correlated to stress yield and none correlation with yield potential.
