摘要
采用重复测量的单因素组间设计实验对69名大学生实施干预,以确定宣讲锻炼知识对大学生的锻炼态度、自我效能、锻炼意向、锻炼计划等社会认知动机变量的即时和延时影响。结果表明,锻炼知识的宣讲对锻炼动机诸变量的干预效果总体上是显著的,但对各个动机变量的即时效果和延时效果不尽相同。
This study applied intervention on 69 undergraduate students with single tactor between-group aeslgn to define the immediate and delayed effect of exercise knowledge popularity through public speeches on exercise atti tude, self-efficacy, exercise intention and exercise plan. It was shown that intervened effect on exercise motivation variables wass significant in general, while there were differences between immediate and delayed effect on different motivation variables.
