摘要
竞技武术套路动作难度分为A、B、C三个不同的等级,旋风脚720°接马步属于C类高难度动作。随着竞技武术套路的不断发展,运动员在比赛中选取和编排的武术套路所包含的难度动作成为其取胜的关键。采用文献资料法、实验法、三维DLT测量法和数理统计法对武术旋风脚720°接马步动作的助跑起跳阶段重心速度变化、偏心力矩进行计算与分析,以期为武术旋风脚720°接马步动作的训练提供理论借鉴。
Wushu movement difficulty is divided into three different levels: A, B, C. Whirlwind leg 720 ^-horse stance is a series of high difficulty movements and belongs to Class C. With the continuous development of competi- tive Wushu routines, the difficulty movements that the athlete selects and choreographs for a competition be- comes the key to victory. By using literature searches, experimentation, three-dimensional DLT and mathemati- cal methods of statistics, this paper calculates and analy- zes change in the speed of the body's center of gravity and the eccentric torque in the run-up and takeoff stage. We hope to provide valuable data regarding whirlwind leg 720°-horse stance training.
