老年慢性硬膜下血肿手术治疗35例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:分析老年慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)的临床及影像学特点,手术方式及效果。方法:慢性硬膜下血肿35例,采用单孔式钻引流孔术33例,因血肿机化行小骨瓣开颅血肿清除并去骨瓣术2例。结果:采用单孔式钻孔引流术33例,一次性治愈32例,复发仅1例,在同侧再给予钻孔引流后治愈。血肿机化行骨瓣开颅血肿清除2例治愈。结论:钻孔引流是治疗CSDH的首选方法,治愈率高,手术效果好,小骨瓣开颅血肿清除适用于血肿包膜厚,血肿内有分隔或机化的血肿。
