摘要
随着国家知识产权战略的实施和创新型国家的建设,高校对专利申请的重视程度正在逐步提高。高校专利申请在整个专利申请中所占的比例越来越大,数量越来越多,逐渐体现出其自身的一些特点,但同时在撰写,申请流程等方面存在许多问题。为了克服高校申请中存在的上述问题,分别针对性的给出了相应的解决方法。文后对我国高校专利申请工作的进一步发展提出了建设性的建议。
With the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy and the construction of an innovative country,the emphasis of the universities to patent applications is gradually improving.The proportion and the number of the university patent applications in the whole patent applications are increasing,and the characteristics of its own are gradually reflected.But there are many problems in some fields,such as the written and application process.In order to overcome the above problems in the university applications,the corresponding targeted solutions are given respectively.At last,some constructive suggestions are given according to further development of university patent applications in China.
