经皮激光气化减压联合臭氧消融术在治疗颈性眩晕中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮激光气化减压联合臭氧消融术在治疗颈性眩晕中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院脊柱外科自2009年8月至2012年12月采用经皮激光气化减压联合臭氧消融术治疗的60例颈性眩晕患者的治疗效果与术后并发症。结果所有患者均得到6~24个月(平均12个月)的随访;按照MacNab疗效评定标准进行分级:优效40例,良效12例,一般5例,无效3例,优良率为86.7%。结论经皮激光气化减压联合臭氧消融术是治疗颈性眩晕的一种安全、有效的方案。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous laser disc decompression and oxygen-ozone therapy on treating cervical vertigo. Methods Sixty patients with cervical vertigo treated with percutaneous laser disc decompression and oxygen-ozone therapy in our hospital from August 2009 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. MacNab method was used to evaluate the therapeutic outcomes after operation. Results Follow-up ranging from 6 to 24 months (mean 12 months) was performed to all patients. According to Macnab criteria, the results were excellent in 40 cases, good in 12 cases, common in 5 cases, and poor in 3 cases. Conclusions Combination ofpercutaneous laser disc decompression and oxygen-ozone therapy is an effective and safe treatment for cervical vertigo.
