摘要
石英灯已广泛应用于结构热试验辐射加热器中,但是由于石英灯灯头安装处工作温度较低,因此在两列石英灯连接部位形成灯头盲区,从而使试验件相应区域热流产生明显下降。通过蒙特卡罗方法开展了灯头盲区对热流场的影响分析,获得了灯头盲区尺寸、灯阵与试件距离对热流波谷的影响规律,提出并讨论了改善灯头盲区的方法。研究结果为指导加热器布局设计、提升结构热试验模拟精度具有积极意义。
Quartz lamps are widely used as the radiation heater in thermal testing. But, because of the lower working temperature of the lamp holder, the blind area would appear at the junction of two quartz lamps so that the heat flux on the relative areas of samples would be declined. Based on Monte Carlo method, both the effects of the blind area size and the distance between lamp-array and sample on heat flux field of sample were investigated, and the means to improve the heat flux field under the influence of blind area was proposed. The research could be used for the design of heater layout; thereby the performance of the thermal testing will be improved.
