摘要
热迪拜油区地层含有天然裂缝,微裂缝较为发育,承压能力弱,固井水泥封固段垂深较大,虽然在一定程度上调整了水泥浆密度,但采用常规固井方式施工的多口井仍然出现了严重漏失,无法保证固井质量。针对该区块固井遇到的问题,引入筛管顶部双级固井有效地解决了此类漏失问题。从筛管顶部双级固井的配套工具和施工工艺上介绍了该类型固井方式的适用井况、施工流程和相关工艺、工具要求,为同类井施工提供有益的借鉴。
Nature fractures scattered in Dubai oilfield and well-developed micro fractures cause poor bearing capacity of formation and long cementing section. Many wells treated by conventional cementing method still encounter serious leakage even though the mud density adjusted in certain degree. So the cementing quality is unable to obtain guarantee. Aiming at the cementing problem in this block, screen top double stage cementing technology was introduced to solve this leakage problem effectively. Based on the supporting tools and construction technology of screen top double stage cementing, the applicable well condition, construction process and related technology and tools of this type cementing method were recommended to provide a useful reference for similar well construction.
