Optimization on the Low-Temperature Dyeing Process of Wool

摘要 羊毛常规染色时,染料分子由鳞片间的接界处进入,通过细胞膜复合物扩散到纤维内部,再移动到含硫量较高的皮质细胞区域。由于羊毛纤维上存在疏水性外表皮层和致密的鳞片层,染料上染和向内部扩散就会受到阻碍,因此常规羊毛染色一般需在98℃的高温条件下进行才能得到较高的上染率,但高温染色不仅耗能大、成本高,且热和化学药剂的作用会使羊毛发生泛黄、强力下降,其手感、光泽、鲜艳度均会受到一定破坏,因此我们需要对低温染色进行研究。 By previous experimental study of low temperature dyeing for wool have demonstrated that low temperature additives 640 can open the disulfide bonds in the wool fiber,make the wool structure become loose,improve the diffusion coefficient of dye uptake significantly,so it is easy to dye uptake of wool fiber and improve the dyeing depth,which can be realized low temperature dyeing.However surfactant has effect of solubilization,dispersion,emulsification,penetration,can better depolymerization dye and enhance the staining effect..In this paper,through multiple sets of experiments to select the best wool low temperature dyeing recipe and dyeing curve.Dyeing under the conditions of 80℃ and 85℃,and then compared with the conventional dyeing process,the results show that dyeing with the optimal wool low temperature dyeing we have elected,all kinds of fastness,color difference can reach the level of the conventional dyeing process.
