摘要
目的:探讨人文关怀护理在人工流产患者中的应用效果,为实施优质护理提供参考依据。方法:将接受人流手术的患者1864例按诊疗时间分为观察组和对照组各932例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用人文关怀护理,比较两组患者在焦虑、疼痛、人流综合征和满意度方面的差异。结果:观察组患者焦虑、疼痛程度及术后人流综合征的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对人流患者实施人文关怀护理能减轻患者焦虑和疼痛程度,降低人流综合征的发生,提高患者满意程度。
Objective： To study the application effect of humanistic nursing in artificial abortion patients,for the implementation of high-quality nursing to provide reference.Methods： 1864 patients accepted artificial abortion operation according to the time of diagnosis and treatment were divided into observation group and control group,with 932 cases in each group.The control group with routine nursing,the observation group with humanistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compared the difference between the two groups in patients with anxiety,pain,abortion syndrome and satisfaction.Results： The patients in the observation group,pain degree and anxiety after the incidence of induced abortion syndrome were lower than the control group（P 0.05）,satisfaction degree was higher than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The implementation of humanistic nursing can reduce anxiety and pain of patients on abortion patients,reduce the incidence of abortion syndrome,enhance patient＇s satisfaction.
