摘要
在太阳能集热管烤消过程中,通过对感应炉温度的精确控制来提高烤消的质量,提高产品的合格率。控制系统以三菱FX2N系列的PLC为核心,由光传感器、可控硅移相触发器、FX2N系列数模转换模块等组成。对太阳能集热管烤消温度控制系统进行了硬件设计,绘制了PLC程序设计流程图,PLC采用PID控制算法,使烤消温度控制系统具有精度高、稳定性好、可靠性高的特点。
In the process of the solar collector tubes evaporable getter, the quality of the solar collector tubes evaporable getter was controlled and the qualification rate of products was improved through precise control of temperature of high - frequency stove. PLC of Mitsubishi FX2N series was the core of the control system, which is made up of light sensor, SCR phase - shift flip - flop, FX2N series digital or analog conversion module. The control system hardware was designed for temperature - controlling syserm of the solar collector tubes evaporable getter, the flow chart of PLC program design was drawn. PLC control adopted PID control algorithms to ensure high accuracy, good stability, high reliability of the temperature control system.
