摘要
目的:调查韶关学院2012级新生的心理健康水平,有的放矢对心理健康水平较低的群体进行心理帮扶。方法:采用问卷调查自我报告法,通过整群抽样,选取了5126名韶关学院2012级在校大学生。将所得数据以统计软件SPSS17.0进行描述统计、独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果:1.在针对5126名实测人数的UPI检测中,有374人检测异常;2.各类神经症检出率为0.2%,一般心理问题检出率为1.6%;3.新生入学适应和人际关系问题检出率较高,分别占检测出问题总数的27.46%和27.05%。
Objectives： This study aims to investigate the level of mental health from the freshmen in Shaoguan University, and do some psychological assistance to the group who have lower level of mental health with a purpose. Methods： This study adopts ways of questionnaire survey by the self-report method which reported by 5126 freshmen of 2012 from Shaoguan University, and uses the software SPSS17.0 statistics to describe the data, adopting independent sample t-test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results： ①there are 374 persons who have been detected abnormal of the measured number 5126 in the UPI test. ②the detection rate of all kinds of neurosis is 0.2%, while the detection rate of general psychological problems is 1.6%. ③the detection rate of freshmen adjustment and interpersonal problem is higher than others, respectively 27.46% and 27.05% of the total number.
