摘要
开放教育学习支持服务及各方面的管理,需要班主任去组织、引导与实施。本文论述,应该加深对开放教育班主任工作重要性的认识,明确班主任工作职责,抓好班主任的几项重点工作,然后提出提高开放教育班主任工作水平的措施。
The management of open education study supporting services and other aspects need teacher in charge of class to organize, guide and carry out. This article demands to deepen the cognition of the importance of job of teacher in charge of class on open education, to clarify the duties of job of teacher in charge of class, to do a good job of some key job of teacher in charge of class, and puts forward several measures to improve the job level of teacher in charge of class on open education.
