摘要
采用化学、超声波和机械分散的方法研究淀粉糖苷表面活性剂对凹凸棒石超细粉体分散的机理和工艺条件。实验结果表明:用0.7%淀粉糖苷表面活性剂做分散剂,在8 000r.min-1高剪切转速下,超声时间13min,超声功率180 W;pH12的条件下进行分散,扫描和透视电镜表明,淀粉糖苷表面活性剂对凹凸棒石细粉的分散效果和稳定性良好。
This paper were adopted Chemical,ultrasonic and mechanical dispersing method were used to study the mechanism and process conditions of dispersion effect of alkyl poly-glycosides on attapulgite micropowder.The experiment was carried out under the conditions of pH value of 12,starch alkyl poly-glycosides surfactant of dispersant of 0.7%,8 000r.min-1 high shear rate,ultrasonic time of 13min and ultrasonic power of 180W.The TEM and SEM results proved that attapulgite clay ultrafine powder was dispersed with starch alkyl poly-glycosides with good effect and stability.
