基于合作绩效影响差异的集成管理团队关键指标分析 被引量:1

The Analysis of Key Indicators for Integration Management Team Based on the Differences of Influences on Cooperative Performance

摘要 项目团队的集成化水平直接影响其合作绩效,针对管理实践中团队集成化指标数量众多且重要性难以辨别的问题,在项目团队集成化指标对团队合作绩效的影响程度差异视角下,研究了项目管理团队集成化关键构成指标。将领导者能力纳入团队集成化指标集,从团队效率和效益两个维度构建集成化指标评价体系;通过实地调研获取评价体系中各指标数据,运用基于模糊语言偏好关系的改进层次分析法分析各合作绩效指标的评价贡献度,进而根据集成化指标对合作绩效的影响程度经支持向量回归筛选最优集成化指标集,最终得到关键集成化指标重要性显著性排序。研究结果表明,集体至上、信息共享、集体受益、领导者能力是最为关键的团队集成化指标。 Project team integration relates directly to the team cooperative performance. However, there are quite a lot of team integration indicators in management practice, and it is hard to distinguish the importance of them. Aiming at this issue, the paper investigates the key integration indicators of project team, according to the influences of integration indicators on team cooperative performance. Firstly, we construct the integration indicator eval- uation system from two dimensions of team efficiency and outcome. The influence of leadership on project team integration is considered in the system. An improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method based on fuzzy linguistic preference relations (FLPR) is applied to analyze the different evaluation contributions among coop- erative performance indicators. An empirical research is taken to acquire the data of system indicators. According to the influences of integration indicators on team cooperative performance, we screen the optimal integration fac- tor set by support vector regression (SVR), and finally get the importance sequence of integration indicators. The findings suggest that, single focus and objectives for the project, unrestricted cross-sharing of information, mutually beneficial outcomes and leadership are the most important integration indicators
