摘要
目的 通过甘肃和辽宁两省小学生碘缺乏病健康教育抽样调查 ,评价目前我国学校碘缺乏病健康教育的工作效果 ,为制定健康教育传播策略提供科学依据。方法 应用容量比例概率方法 ,随同全国第三次碘缺乏病抽样监测同步调查小学五年级学生 1 951人。结果 两省小学生碘缺乏病相关知识得分及格率 66 7% ,影响学生相关知识得分的主要因素是学生在校听教师讲解的方式 ;学生最喜欢获得碘缺乏病相关知识的传播渠道依次是听教师讲课 ,看电视节目和向医生咨询。结论 今后需要进一步加强小学生碘缺乏病健康教育工作 ,重视教师向学生传播预防碘缺乏病知识的传播途径。
Objective To understand the effectiveness of health education on IDD in Gansu and Liaoning Provinces so as to provide a scientific basis for development of IDD health education strategy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1951 fifth graders of primary school in 60 counties or districts in Gansu and Liaoning Provinces, using the method of probability proportional to size. Results The average passing rate for IDD knowledge among 1951 pupils was 66.7%. The most influencing factor for the knowledge rate among the pupils was teaching method. The communication channels that the pupils preferred the most were lecture by teacher, TV program and counseling by doctor. Conclusion The knowledge rates among the pupils in the 2 provinces were still not very satisfactory. IDD health education has to be strengthened.
