摘要
目的:应用离子色谱仪测定血液透析水中钠、钾、镁和钙离子含量。方法:采用IonPac CS12A阳离子分析柱,以甲基磺酸为淋洗液,电导检测。试样经滤膜过滤,直接进样测定。结果:测定的四种阳离子在0.10 mg/L~10 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限低,精密度好,试样加标回收率在94.6%~101.3%。结论:本方法操作简便,灵敏、准确,满足血液透析用水和生活饮用水检测指标要求。
Objective: To develop a method for simultaneous determination of Na+ , K+ , Mg2+ and Ca2+ in hemodialysis water by ion chromatography. Methods: The four kinds of cations were separated on Ionpac CS12A cation exchange column with 20 mmol/L methylsulphonic as eluent and analyzed by a conductivity detector. By filtration, samples could be injected directly. Results: The four kinds of cations showed good linearity in the range of 0. 10 mg/L - 10 mg/L. The recovery was 94.6% - 101.3%. The method had low detection limit and good precision. Conclusion : The method is a new approach to provide a simple and accurate analysis of the four cations in hemodialysis water.
