摘要
目的:探讨妊高症患者血中纤维蛋白原(FBG)与脂类代谢水平变化的临床意义。方法:99例(轻、中、重度各33例)妊高症患者作为观察组,64例无妊娠并发症健康孕妇作为对照组,采用血凝分析仪(比浊法)测定FBG水平;用全自动生化分析仪测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、HDL-C/LDL-C、HDL-C/TC、血清载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、ApoA1/ApoB浓度;采用免疫透射比浊法测定脂蛋白a(Lipa)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者FBG、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lipa水平均明显高于对照组,HDL-C、HDL-C/LDL-C、HDL-C/TC、ApoA1、ApoA1/ApoB水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);以上变化随着病情加重进一步发生、发展。结论:妊高症患者脂类代谢发生紊乱,FBG水平明显升高;临床诊治过程中应严格控制脂类代谢紊乱及FBG水平变化,防止或延缓心血管疾病、糖尿病等并发症发生、发展。
Objective:To investigate changes and clinical significance of FBG and lipid metabolism in women with pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome. Methods : Ninety - nine cases with pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome( each 33 cases in mild, medium, severe group) as the observation group, sixty- four healthy pregnant women as control group were involved in this study. The FBG was tested by coagulation analyzer and lipid metabolism ( total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride ( TG), low - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C), high - den- sity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL - C ), HDL - C/LDL - C, HDL - C/TC ) apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein B (ApoB), ApoA1/ApoB were tested by automatic biochemical analyzer and lipoprotein a (lipa) was tested by immunoturibidimetry. All the data were statistical analysed. Results : The levels of FBG, TG, LDL - C, ApoB, Lipa were higher in observation group than those in control group, while HDL - C, HDL - C/LDL - C, HDL - C/TC, ApoA1, ApoA1/ApoB in the observation group were lower than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). And these data were correlated with patient's condition. Conclusion: Lipid metabolism in women with pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome was disordered and FBG level obviously increased. So the lipid metabolism disorder and the increment of the FBG should be controlled in clinical therapy in order to prevent/delay the occurrence or development of angiocardiopathy, diabetes, etc.
