摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在门诊输液室管理中的应用方法与效果。方法成立品管圈组织,确立"提高门诊输液室服务质量"为活动主题,对影响门诊输液室服务质量的原因进行分析,制订相应的整改方案并组织实施。结果开展品管圈活动后,门诊输液患者的满意度和门诊输液室护士的工作质量均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可以提升门诊输液室服务质量。
Objective To explore the application and effects of quality control circle program in outpatient transfusion room. Methods Methods included setting up a team of quality control circle,identifying the project of reinforcement of management for nursing service quality in outpatient transfusion room, analy-zing the reasons of low - quality nursing services, establishing and implementing improvement measures. Results After the using of quality control circle pro-gram, patient satisfaction and the nursing quality in outpatient transfusion room improved significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Quality control cir-cle program has achieved favorable effects on improving service quality in outpatient transfusion room.
