摘要
吉林边境地区社会秩序良性发展,但由于经济、历史、地理等多方面原因,边境地区非法越境活动屡禁不止,毒品犯罪、走私活动猖獗,人口流失问题严重,再加上朝鲜半岛局势紧张,一定程度上扰乱了边境地区的社会治安秩序,要深入推进爱民固边战略,加强情报工作和科技控边能力,不断创新社会管理方式,维护边境地区的安全稳定。
The development is good of Jilin social order in border areas.While some reasons disrupt the social order in border areas,like economy,geography,history,illegal cross-border activities in border areas,drug-related crimes,smuggling rampant,serious problem of population loss and tensions in the Korean peninsula.In order to maintain the security and stability in border region,we should promote the strategy of getting on well with the inhabitants and maintaining a harmonious border atmosphere,strengthen capabilities in intelligence and technological control border and update social management method constantly.
