摘要 目的研究pH和DO对厌氧氨氧化脱氮性能的影响,考察在pH和DO的变化下NH4+-N、NO2--N的去除情况.方法控制反应器的温度为30℃,HRT为48 h,保证进水NH4+-N的质量浓度为100 mg/L、NO2--N质量浓度为132 mg/L.结果当pH=8时为最适值,氨氮和亚硝态氮的去除率最高为84.31%和88.43%;一定量的DO对厌氧氨氧化反应脱氮性能的抑制作用是可逆的,DO浓度不会对厌氧氨氧化菌造成破坏性的伤害,只是抑制了其活性.结论厌氧氨氧化反应是一个致碱反应,出水的pH值与进水pH值相接近,而且DO对厌氧氨氧化反应脱氮性能的抑制作用是可逆的,这为厌氧氨氧化反应能够高效脱氮的推广和提供了理论依据,为实际的工程应用提供了参考条件. This paper aims to discuss the impact of pH and DO on the nitrogen removal effect of Anammox reactor,investigate the removal of NH+4-N and NO-2-N under the impact of pH and DO.Controlling the temperature of the reactor at 30 ℃,HRT in 48h,and ensure that the inflow NH+4-N water is 100 mg/L and NO-2-N is 132 mg/L,test results show that,when the pH is 8,the removal rate of NH+4-N and NO-2-N is 4.31% and 88.43%;a certain amount of DO on anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction denitrification performance inhibition is reversible,DO concentration will not anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria cause destructive damage,but the inhibition of the activity.
