摘要
小学教育是人生发展历程的关键阶段,作为班主任,如何在这一阶段承担好自己的角色,本文主要从以下四个方面进行了阐述:为人师表、率先垂范;强化日常行为规范教育,加强各种能力的培养;耐心教育;做好后进生的转化工作。
Primary school education is the key stage of development process in life. As a head teacher, how to undertake their role at this stage is significant. This article mainly expounds the following four aspects： being a model for others and being the first to demonstrate; strengthening daily codes of conduct education and enhancing the training of various abilities; educating with patience; doing the transformation work of underachievers well.
