摘要
针对某电子产品生产线上存在的物流流向迂回复杂、员工劳动强度大等问题,从产线布局及工作台结构、产线物料搬运器具、产线物料摆放辅助台、包装作业区辅助工作台四个方面,运用物流管理、现场管理以及人因工程学的理论与方法对生产线上的工位器具进行了改善与设计。结果表明:与改善前相比,产线布局方面,成品走货的物流路径长度减少37米,搬运时间减少56秒;在搬运工具方面,物料员的弯腰角度由120°增大为约160°,减轻了劳动强度;包装区的搬运距离减少22米。
The problems in electronic production line such as the complex roundabout logistics flows and large labor intensity were studied in this paper. From the aspect of production line layout, material handling equipments, material placing auxiliary platforms in production line and auxiliary workstation in packing area, the improvement and design of the workstation apparatus was put forward based on theory and methods of logistics management, worksite management and ergonomics. Compared with before improvement, product handing distance reduced 37m in production line and handing time 56s, bending angle of the material handler increased from 1200 to 160° due to the improvement of the handcart armrest's height, handing distance reduced 22m in packing area.
