摘要
综述了国内外电子束焊接在高强合金上的应用。从焊接工艺、组织分析、焊后热处理以及计算机模拟等方面对高强钢、高强铝合金和高强钛合金三种高强合金的电子束焊接进行了介绍,总结电子束焊接在高强合金上应用的不足之处,并对未来的进一步研究进行展望。
Electron beam welding are summarized on high-strength alloy at home and abroad.Electron beam welding of high-strength steel, high-strength aluminum alloy and high-strength titanium alloy are introduced from the welding process, organizational analysis, post-weld heating treatment,as well as computer simulation. The inadequacies of the electron beam welding applying to high-strength alloys are summarized.Finally, the further studies in the future are point out.
