摘要
交叉曲面反求建模是逆向工程技术的研究重点,Y型曲面作为一种典型的交叉曲面,广泛地应用于航空航天、汽车和船舶制造等领域。针对现有Y型曲面反求建模方法效率不高的问题,提出了在SolidWorks软件中进行Y型曲面反求建模的方法。分析了SolidWorks软件反求建模的数据接口问题,得出stl数据格式是最佳的SolidWorks反求建模输入格式。阐述了SolidWorks网格处理向导和曲面处理向导的参数设置问题,以及错误网格的修复方法。最后通过曲面质量评价验证了反求建模结果的正确性。
Reverse modeling of cross surface is a research trend on reverse engineering. As a typical cross surface, Y type surface is widely used in aerospace, automobile and ship manufacturing, etc. Since the efficiency of the existing Y type surface reverse method was not high, a reverse modeling method of Y shape surface in SolidWorks was proposed in this paper. The data interface of reverse modeling was analyzed in SolidWorks. STL data format was the best input format for SolidWorks reverse modeling. Parameter settings of grid processing guide and surface processing guide and repair methods of error grid was also illustrated. Finally the accuracy of the results on reverse modeling was verified through the surface quality evaluation.
