摘要
利用非线性动力学原理,建立以气体为循环介质的下部钻柱―钻头―地层有限元模型,并利用显式New-mark时间积分法计算求解。研究下部钻柱与井壁非线性接触碰撞时产生接触力的特点,分析下部钻柱受到钻压和扭矩的作用后的运动状态,认识下部钻柱危险点的瞬态力学行为以及下部钻柱受载荷后的位移变化规律。
Based on nonlinear dynamics theory along with the finite element method,3D finite element numerical model of the bottom drillstring(drill Collar)-bits-formation is established.By way of calculating in explicit Newmark time integration method,the characteristics of contact forces generated when drillstring collided wall are analyzed,movement state of the drillstring is studied when drillstring endured WOB and torque,instant mechanics of dangerous point is studied,and the change laws of displacement when drillstring endured load are achieved.These research results provided theoretical basis for the study of air drilling drillstring dynamics.
