摘要
面对政府赋予的发展社区教育的职责,地方电大应该深刻认识,科学规划,发挥优势,以完成这一使命。深刻认识到发展社区教育是社会的需求、电大的使命和电大自身发展的需求,是电大加快改革发展的战略性举措;科学规划则要以社会发展的战略需求为社区教育定位,用科学发展观和社区教育的规律规划社区教育;要发挥电大和社区(区域)内的文化资源优势。
Facing the responsibility given by the government for developing community education,local RTVU should have a profound understanding and scientific planning,give full play to its advantages so as to accomplish this mission.It also should deeply understand that the development of community education is not only the demand of the society but also of the RTVU’s mission and the needs of its own development,which is the strategic measure to speed up the reform and development of RTVU.Scientific planning requires that the position of community education be set by the strategic demand of the social development,and community education be planned by the scientific concept of development and its own law,giving full play to the advantage of the cultural resources of RTVU and the community.
