摘要
随着城市空间拓展、公交客流走廊增强和市民收入水平提升,增强城市公共交通吸引力,建设公交都市需要对公交市场进行细分,包括满足出行的基本服务、缓解拥堵的高效服务和替代小汽车的品质服务组成的多层次公交服务体系。目前,部分城市已建设轨道交通或BRT以提供高效公交服务,但高品质的公交服务在各城市仍未广泛推广。讨论高品质公交服务引入的必要性和建设的三大保障要素,即基础设施建设、差异化的票价或补贴和多元化的运营主体,最后以深圳、香港多层次公交体系及其保障要素建设进行详细说明。
With the expansion of city, enhancement of the bus corridor and enhance of people＇s income levels, enhancing the attractiveness of urban public transport, and building bus city bus market subdivision to build a multi-level bus service system, including basic services of meeting the travel, efficient service of easing traffic congestion and high-quality service of alternative cars. In some cities the construction of rail or BRT to provide efficient public transport services, high-quality public transport services are not yet widely in various cities. Discussion of high-quality public transport services into the necessity and the construction of three security elements, namely, infrastructure construction, differentiated fares or subsidies and diversified operator of the subject, and finally to the multi-level bus system and the protection of elements of construction in Shenzhen, Hong Kong described in detail.
