摘要
以阜新天然沸石为原料,利用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、红外光谱(IR)、差热(DT)对其进行分析,研究了天然沸石粒度、活化剂种类、活化剂质量分数、除氟时间对含氟废水的除氟效果影响。结果表明,以阜新丝光沸石为原料、NaOH-KAl(SO4)2为复合活化剂,沸石粒度为0.25-0.38 mm,NaOH质量分数为1%,KAl(SO4)2质量分数为4%,二者用量各为5 mL/g沸石,除氟时间36 h,可使含氟废水中的氟离子质量浓度达到国家排放标准。
The natural zeolite were used as raw material, which are analysed by XRD, IR and DT. The fluorine removal of the natural zeolite size, activator agent and its concentration, the reaction time on containing fluorine wastewater is studied. The results show that using natural zeolite as raw material and NaOH-KAl(SO4)2 as composition activator agent, natural zeolite size of 0.25-0.38 mm, NaOH concentration of 1%, KAl(SO4)2 concentration of 4%, the dosage are both 5 mL/g zeolite, the reaction time of 36 h, fluorine concentration of the wastewater can meet the national discharge standard.
