摘要
在教育生态学视角下,教师专业发展不再被看作是一个割裂的过程,而是一个全面的、系统的、动态的和可持续的过程,它不仅要求教育生态主体不断提升自己的专业素养,更需要教育生态环境保障教师的专业发展。要实现教师的专业发展,必须优化教师存在的生态环境圈,同时,教师个体也要积极建构生态自我。
From the perspective of educational ecology,teachers' professional development hasn't been considered a split process,but a total,systematic,dynamic and continual process,which not only demands the promotion of teachers' professional accomplishment,but also the guarantee from ecological environment of education.To achieve the teachers' professional development,we must optimize the circle of teachers' ecological environment and construct the ecology self.
