摘要
天线罩外、内型面的同轴度是影响其使用性能的关键指标。介绍了一种某型号天线罩新型磨削安装技术,分析了其位置安装误差形成机理,并建立了天线罩任意点位置安装误差数学模型。应用实践表明,通过误差模型定量求解计算出的安装误差值可用于天线罩的修模过程和天线罩修磨量的参考值,有效地提高了天线罩的加工合格率。
The concentricity of the inner and exterior surface for missile radome is key indicators that affect the using performance. A kind of new grinding installation technology for missile radome is described with a particular model. The formation mechanism of position installation error for missile radome is analyzed, and the mathematical model of the position installation error is established for an arbitrary point on missile radome. The application practice shows the quantitative solving calculated installation error value by the error model can be used to the repairing process of the missile radome and the reference value of the repairing grinding capacity. Also, it effectively improves the pass rate of processing for missile radome.
