摘要
以某型摩托车用汽油机为研究对象,针对普通电容放电式点火装置点火提前角不能自动调节的缺点,采用具有自动进角的CDI电子点火器进行改进,确定了发动机各个工况下的最佳点火提前角,实现了发动机运行工况与点火提前角的优化匹配,验证了优化方案的有效性。结果表明,采用4213集成电路的CDI点火器,随发动机转速升高呈线性自动进角15°CA~29°CA,摩托车在各车速下的油耗得到了明显改善,中、高速时尤为显著。
A certain type of motorcycle gasoline engine was taken as the research object, the ignition advance angle cant be adjusted automatically for the ordinary capacitor discharge ignition, the ignition characteristics were improved by CDI electronic ignition, and the ignition advance angle was determined under different oper- ating conditions. The effectiveness of optimization program was verified through experiments. The results showed that, The ignition advance angle should be appropriately advance as the load decreased, and the igni- tion advance angle should be improved with the increase of speed. When the 4213 integrated circuit CDI igni- tion was used, the ignition advance angle could automatically increase 15° CA - 29 ° CA with the engine speed increased, and the fuel consumption of motorcycle was significantly improved, particularly in the middle and high speed.
