摘要
为延长装载机双涡轮液力变矩器超越离合器平均无故障工作时间,在分析原结构缺点的基础上,提出了一种改进的超越离合器结构。采用有限元方法对改进前、后结构的应力和应变进行了计算分析,结果表明改进后的结构由内圈滚道面磨损而引起的锁止角变化很小,且其在分离状态时,外圈滚道面不会产生磨损,从而提高了装载机的工作可靠性。
To increase the mean time between failures of the over-running clutch of dual-turbine torque convertor of a loader, a new type of over-running clutch was proposed based on the analysis of disadvantages of the original structure. The stresses and strains of the original structure and the improved structure were calculated using Finite Element Method (FEM). Results show that, for the improved structure, the lock angle induced by the abrasion of the inner ring raceway changes little, and under separation state, so it improves the working reliability of loader.
