摘要
对日本枥木三樱椒子叶愈伤组织的诱导与分化进行了系统的研究。结果表明 :(1)NAA(萘乙酸 )0 1~ 2mg/L均能促进子叶愈伤组织的诱导及根的分化 ;(2 )BA(6 苄基腺嘌呤 ) 0 1~ 2mg/L对子叶愈伤组织的诱导及根分化均具有抑制作用 ,且在高浓度 (2mg/L)时能抑制NAA作用的发挥 ;(3)KT(激动素 )2mg/L能抑制愈伤组织分化根 ,但KT的抑制作用比BA弱 ;(4)PP3 3 3 (多效唑 ) 0 0 1mg/L能促进愈伤组织分化根 ;(5 )NAA 0 0 2mg/L在激素组合KT 2mg/L +NAA 0 0 2mg/L和BA 2mg/L +NAA 0 0 2mg/L中能进一步促进KT 2mg/L与BA 2mg/L抑制作用的发挥 ,即抑制愈伤组织分化根。
This paper made a systematic study about callus induction and differentiation from the cotyledon of Japanese Capsicum annuum L var Conoides (Mill) Irish Results showed that NAA (0 1~2?mg/L) could promote calli induction and roots differentiation from cotyledon; BA (0 1~2?mg/L) could inhibit calli induction and roots differentiation from cotyledon, and the high concentration of BA was able to restrain the effect of NAA; KT (2?mg/L) could inhibit roots differentiation, but the effect of BA is better than KT; PP 333 could promote roots formation from the calli; Among the combination of KT 2?mg/L+NAA 0 02?mg/L and BA 2?mg/L+NAA 0 02?mg/L , NAA 0 02?mg/L could raise the effect of KT 2?mg/L and BA 2?mg/L So it can inhibit roots differentiation
